- I placed an order when will i get it?
It takes our company between 2-3 business days to process orders.This does not account for weekends due to mail carries being closed.
When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped in a time frame of 1-2 days after its done being process.
My package says delivered and never arrived?
Before reaching out to us, Please contact your postal carrie to make sure they didn't misplace it.
Submit an "Open Claims" with your carrie with your shipping "Number" if they can not find it.
If they still can not locate it send our team an email at ([email protected]), And someone from our team will get to you as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for wrong/incorrect shipping address that are placed when purchasing ,Double check before you sumbit an order please.
I placed an order during your pre-order launch still havent received it?
All pre-order or made to order launch take about 1-2 weeks to be completed.Then shipped.Make sure you read the posted info.
Pre-order/Made to order products are short supply due to the nature of it being a limited run.
When you place an order.The order gets dircted to us, allowing us to make it as we receive it which in turns product cost is lower.
